Man robbed by two conmen

Two conmen robbed a man of his bag containing Rs. two lakh cash after diverting his attention in K.R. Puram.

The victim Shiva Kumar, an employee of a washing machine showroom, withdrew Rs. two lakh from K.R. Puram’s SBI branch and was going to went to HDFC Bank branch to deposit the money.

While parking his motorcycle outside the bank, unidentified persons approached him saying that his shirt was dirty. While Shiva Kumar was trying to clean the shirt, the duo dropped few currency notes of Rs. 10 denomination and asked him to pick it up. Unsuspecting Shiva Kumar was busy grabbing the notes when the duo picked up the bag and escaped.

Police officials are investigating.
