HC seeks details about skywalks

The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday directed Bruhat Bengaluru Mahangara Palike (BBMP) to provide particulars of around 120 skywalks proposed to be put up in different locations across the city. Justice A.N. Venugopala Gowda passed the order while hearing a petition filed by a resident of Domlur questioning construction of a skywalk in front the petitioner's house. The court said the issue of utility of skywalks requires to be examined in view of the traffic problem.
