The next sitting of the Armed Forces Tribunal’s circuit bench for Karnataka will be held in Bengaluru from November 24 to 28.
The bench will hear litigations from Karnataka defence personnel at the Parachute Regimental Training Centre near Doordarshan Kendra, J.C. Nagar, according to an official release.
This circuit bench of the Kochi regional bench was formed recently to speed up services-related disputes involving serving and retired personnel and their families from Karnataka. It handles litigations related to the three Forces, trial, adjudication, appeals and issues related to court martial orders.
