Biker falls at speed breaker, dies

A 53-year-old social worker lost control of his bike while negotiating a speed breaker on 80 Feet Road in Kamakshipalya on Friday night. He succumbed to his injuries on Monday night in a private hospital. The deceased, Ganesh, was a resident of Annapurnaswamy Nagar. He was on his way to meet a friend when the accident occurred.

In another incident, a 33-year-old carpenter died after his bike was hit by a truck near Kadirenahalli Cross in K.S. Layout traffic police limits.

The police said that the deceased, Murugesh, was a resident of Arehalli. He was going to a relative’s house in Kadirenahalli. The accident occurred around 11.30 p.m. He was taken to a private hospital nearby where he was declared brought dead.

The Kumaraswamy Layout traffic police have seized the truck.
