BENGALURU: Scores of students travelling in a bus of a private school in Indira Nagar were in for a shock on Wednesday evening when some liquid was thrown inside. Worried parents approached the HAL police station, but later figured out that it was, perhaps, a prank by some college student.

A parent, whose child was in the bus of New Horizon Public School, said, “None of the kids were injured but they all panicked and were shocked. We have asked the school management to lodge a complaint. We will ask the school to submit CCTV footage.”

The incident took place around 4 p.m. near the HAL police station when about 30 children were in the bus.

When contacted by The Hindu , school authorities expressed ignorance about the issue.
