VUDA invites applications online for allotment of odd bits in its layouts developed in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram areas.
Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj said un-allotted bits adjacent to the regular plots at corner areas and left over due to irregular shape in the layouts developed right from Town Planning Trust time to the latest Paradesipalem and Cyber Valley layouts were identified.
With an intention to make the allotment dispute-free and avoid ownership litigations, Dr. Yuvaraj has taken the initiative to list out and complete the process of allotments odd bits online. Applications may be submitted through VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in before March 5. VUDA has developed 52 layouts and a few housing schemes since the time of Town Planning Trust in these areas. Allotments of regular plots and housing units were completed in these layouts as and when they were developed.
