Special trains to Tirupati, Secunderabad extended

The East Coast Railway has extended the services of special express trains to Secunderabad and Tirupati by four trips, according to a statement issued by Senior Divisional Commercial Manager M. Yelvender Yadav.

Train no. 08501 Visakhapatnam-Secunderabad special express will leave here on Tuesdays (January 6, 13, 20 and 27) at 11 p.m. and reach Secunderabad the next day at 11.45 a.m.

In the return direction, special express train no.08502 will leave Secunderabad on Wednesdays (Jan. 7, 14, 21 and 28) at 4.30 p.m. and arrive in Visakhapatnam the next day 6.30 a.m.

These trains will have one 2 AC, two 3 AC, nine sleeper class, six general second class coaches and two second class sitting-cum-luggage coaches in their composition.

These trains will stop at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Tuni, Annavaram, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal and Kazipet in both the directions.

Train no. 02873 Visakhapatnam-Tirupati weekly super-fast express will leave here on Mondays, (Jan. 5, 12, 19 and 26) at 4.45 p.m. and reach Tirupati on the next day at 4.30 a.m.

In the return direction, weekly super-fast express train no.02874 will leave Tirupati on Tuesdays, (Jan. 6, 13, 20 and 27) at 4 p.m. and arrive here at 5.15 a.m.

These trains will halt at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada and Renigunta in both directions. They will have one Second AC, two Third AC coaches, nine Sleeper Class coaches, six General Second class coaches and two second class-cum-luggage coaches in their composition.
