Simhadri’s Panthers, led by Arun and coached by Ch. Simhadri won the Artistic Development Trophy-2016 by topping the inaugural Artistic Skating Premiere League which concluded at the Sivaji Park skating rink here on Sunday night.
Chitti’s Heliums led by Visu and coached by K. Chittibabu was runner-up.
Four teams
There were four teams in the league each one comprising senior and junior skaters and headed by a senior coach.
Each team has 18 members.
The following awards were also presented in each team in the best artistic skills skater, best motivational skater and most popular skater: Pavan’s Gladiators: Animisha, Sreeram and Kiran. Chitti’s Heliums: Jaswanth and Riya, Visu, Farheen.
Satyam’s Mustangs: Samhitha, Priyam and Venu. Simhadri’s Panthers: Arun, Pratham and Shradha.
