March 19, 2014 11:05 pm | Updated November 16, 2021 06:40 pm IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

APSRTC employees, owing allegiance to the National Mazdoor Union (NMU), will stage dharna at the 123 depots in all 13 districts of Seemandhra on Thursday and Friday to protest against non-implementation of the agreement reached on the 60-day Samaikhyandhra strike by RTC employees.

A decision to this effect was taken by the Seemandhra Committee of APSRTC, according to State joint secretary of NMU Y. Srinivasa Rao. He said that the government had agreed to pay the first month strike period salary by March 20 and for the second month in May.
