Giri Madhusudana Rao, Assistant General Manager (Finance) at Visakhapatnam Airport has been appointed Airport Director of Rajahmundry Airport. He will assume charge at Rajahmundry on April 1.
Popularly known in airport circles as G. M. S. Rao, Mr. Madhusudana Rao graduated from Andhra University with an MBA (Finance) from SMU. He has a rich experience of nearly 30 years in the aviation industry, having worked in various international airports like Delhi, Trivandrum, Mumbai and Hyderabad besides Visakhapatnam. He had also served as a Vigilance Officer at the Begumpet Airport in Hyderabad for a few years.
