A national-level Lok Adalat will be conducted here at the District Court Complex on Saturday, said Principal District Judge P.V. Jyotirmayee.
All criminal and civil cases, bank matters and insurance cases would be decided and compensation paid, she said in a statement here on Tuesday.
The District Judge said cheque bounce cases must be settled amicably in view of Supreme Court judgment that complainant need not pay 10% of cheque amount before district legal services or any amount as compounding fee as it had been waived.
