Hill View Park to get a facelift

Hill View Park at Sitammadhara North Extension will be improved on a war-footing. Municipal Commissioner M.V. Satyanarayana, who visited the park on Tuesday morning, asked officials to improve the lawns in the park in a fortnight. In the children play area, sand should be dumped. Drains and walking track, watchman and meditation sheds and lights should be repaired, he directed the officials.

Mr. Satyanarayana, who stayed in the park for some time, interacted with visitors and senior citizens and enquired about the conditions in the park. He also played tennis.

Chief Medial Officer (Health) M. Satyanarayana Raju, Zone Commissioner Ravindra and Assistant Director (Horticulture) Damodara Rao accompanied the Commissioner. Earlier, the Commissioner launched ‘sanitation fortnight’ programme.
