As part of employees’ welfare, EPDCL Director (Operations) B. Seshu Kumar on Saturday held talks for redressing their grievances.
At the Grievance Day observed in the morning at the corporate office on behalf of Chairman and Managing Director R. Mutyala Raju, Mr. Kumar promised to resolve the problems at the earliest.
The programme named Spandana was attended by employees from five circles of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari and West Godavari districts.
Their petitions on various issues like request transfers, seniority rectifications and promotions were received in person by Mr. Kumar.
