Minister for Roads and Buildings Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu has urged people not to confine great men to their caste but inculcate values for which they stood among children.

Participating in the jayanthi of Maharshi Valmiki on Thursday, he said earlier films were a good medium to learn about great personalities but today’s cinema by and large lacked such content and hence it was the responsibility of teachers and parents. At the celebration at the ZP Hall, he garlanded the portrait of Valmiki and paid tributes.

ZP Chairperson Lalam Bhavani, district Collector Pravin Kumar, officials and representatives of BC organisations participated.
