March 02, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:53 am IST - VISAKHAPATNAM:

Congress leaders formed a human chain and blocked the traffic at busy Maddilapalem junction here on Sunday morning for nearly an hour in protest against the NDA government for ‘ignoring’ the interests of A.P. in the budget.

Chandrababu Naidu himself expressed his discontent, he pointed out.
