As part of its periodic retail loan camps being conducted across various branches in the Visakhapatnam circle, a two-day Home Loan Mela got underway at Canara Bank Dwarkanagar Branch on Wednesday.
The retail loan mela, covering retail clients of the bank in Dabagardens, Siripuram, MVP Colony and Maddilapalem branches, is offering housing loans with lowest EMI of Rs 893 per lakh. Other products like education loans, car loans, housing loans for NRIs, housing loans for high net worth individuals and Canara Mortgage loan, among others were also available, bank’s DM-RAH R Venugopal said.
The retail loan camp was inaugurated by AGM (Circle Office) G. Dharma Rao and a large number of senior officials and branch managers of other branches were present on the occasion.
Further, in the interest of the public other products such as life insurance, mutual fund and mediclaim, among others are displayed at the venue.
The retail loan camp is open from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Thursday. The bank would be conducting such loan camps at various branches in the circle.
In another statement issued here the Canara Bank announced the opening of its 6 overseas branch at Johannesburg in South Africa. The branch was inaugurated by Chairman and Managing Director of the Bank R.K. Dubey.
