GVMC Commissioner V.N. Vishnu inaugurated the CMR home appliances division while Joint Collector P. Satyanarayana Reddy opened the readymade garment outlets of Mufti, White House and Spykar Jeans at CMR Central, a mega entertainment zone and world-class shopping centre, at Maddilapalem here on Saturday. They went round the various floors of the mega mall and saw the products on display.

While the saris, branded men’s wear and jewellery sections are open to customers, the mega mall is expected to be ready in a full-fledged manner by Ugadi (Telugu New Year). Set up on a three-and-a-half acre land, the facility boasts of an Inox Multiplex that has four theatres, an entertainment zone for children and food plaza.

There is ample space all around and a two-level parking promises to keep parking problems of shoppers at bay.
