Rear Admiral M Shaheen Iqbal, Assistant Chief of Naval Staff (Material) Bangladesh Navy accompanied by a five-member delegation arrived here on a three-day visit to Eastern Naval Command on Monday.
Rear Admiral Iqbal interacted with Rear Admiral Narayan Prasad, Admiral Superintendent, Naval Dockyard Visakhapatnam and held discussions on Tuesday. The delegation was briefed on the functioning of the Naval Dockyard.
Later, the delegation visited various work centres of the yard. The delegation is also scheduled to visit Hindustan Shipyard Limited on Wednesday.
