Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited Chairman-cum-Managing Director A.P. Choudhary on Thursday advised newly-recruited Management Trainees (technical) to fully acquaint with the technology that was incorporated in RINL and adopt best working practices.
RINL recruited a total of 185 engineering students through an all India test from IITs, NITs and various reputed colleges. This includes 35 internal candidates and 20 girls of various disciplines from various parts of the country.
Mr. Choudhary told them to develop punctuality, discipline and good work culture which would contribute for the success of not only the organisation but also their self development.
While welcoming them into RINL fraternity, Mr. Choudhary said RINL one of the fastest growing companies in the country was working on Japanese pattern. He said that RINL had several advantages like young manpower, best techno economic parameters, high brand image and added that the company had very bright future. He explained the current expansion and future plans of RINL to emerge as a 20 million tonne plant at a single location by 2020.
