The South Central Railway is running special trains between Karimnagar and Tirupati to clear extra rush of passengers.
The Karimnagar-Tirupati (Train No. 02762) special train departed in Karimnagar at 7 p.m. on January 16. It is expected to reach Tirupati at 7.55 a.m. on Thursday.
In the return direction, the Tirupati-Karimnagar special (Train No. 02761) will depart Tirupati at 10.40 p.m. on January 17 and arrive at Karimnagar at 11.25 a.m. the next day.
The train will arrive /depart Vijayawada at 5.05 a.m./5.15 a.m.
Halts
En route, the train will halt at Peddapalli, Jamikunta, Warangal, Mahabubnagar, Khammam, Madhira, Vijayawada, Gudur, Srikalahasti, and Renigunta stations in both the directions.
The special train will comprise of one A/C 2-tier, one A/C 3-tier, eight sleeper class, six general second class, and two general second class luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
