The State Bank of India (SBI) Vijayawada branch, organised a Central and State government employees and Defence personnel meet here on Friday.
On the occasion, SBI Vijayawada DGM Deep Chand said that the benefits offered to the government employees and defence personnel were improved in new housing schemes.
The SBI was offering very attractive housing schemes, he said.
SBI AGM G.V. Sastry said that the SBI was offering housing loans at cheapest rates of 9.30 per cent for women and 9.35 per cent for men.
SBI Vijayawada branch Chief Manager Vamsi Krishna said that the bank would not collect any processing charges for housing loans availed by the State and Central Government employees and defence personnel.
