The Krishna district chapter of the Indian Red Cross Society has sought donations from the public to help cyclone-affected families in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts. Donations can be made in cash or kind, said Red Cross Society district chapter chairman A. Sridhar Reddy.
Those willing to donate can send cheques or demand drafts favouring the Indian Red Cross Society, Krishna Chapter, or deposit cash in SBI Account No. 10873069689 (IFSC No. 000874).
One can call chapter manager C.H. Srinivasa Rao at 94408-44534 for clarifications.
Persons willing to donate essential commodities can hand them over to the Indian Red Cross Society chapter at Gandhinagar.
