The police investigating the murder case of Telugu Nadu Students' Federation city president Vadlamudi Mohan are awaiting the arrival of the forensic department's report to go ahead with the further investigation into the case.

The police said the forensic report was expected in three to four days, when further leads to unravelling the mystery would be found. The body of Mohan was found on the national highway near Nidamanuru on last Saturday triggering tension in the area.

There were reports of two persons having surrendered to the police in connection with the case but there was no official confirmation regarding this.

The police were looking for clues if old rivalry was the reason behind the killing of Mohan.
