Parties protest against bar and restaurant

Leaders of all major parties staged a protest against the opening of a bar and restaurant at Gulabithota on BRTS Road here on Monday. They demanded that it be closed in view of the inconvenience it caused to students of a local nursing college, devotees visiting a nearby temple and residents of the area in general. Ch. Babu Rao of the CPI (M), P. Gowtham Reddy and Bonda Umamaheswara Rao of the TDP took part in the stir.
