President of APNGO's Association A.V. Sagar and secretary Md. Iqbal resented the sanctions imposed by the government on payment of bills in the treasuries which had caused lots of hardships to the government employees.
They expressed concern that never before the government stopped payments for a long time. Up to June end it even imposed sanctions on loans and advances from the provident fund of employees, teachers, and workers, they said. The leaders asserted that the government had no right to impose such restrictions and put employees to inconvenience. Association treasurer R. Sreenivasulu said the government's action had come as a heavy blow to their day to day life.
