Connoisseurs of Indian food can make a beeline for Zodiac, the 24-hour coffee shop at Fortune Murali Park to get a “Taste of India”. General Manager Venkatesh Rao said the hotel was launching the food festival on Thursday by putting on its buffet many popular dishes from across India. With separate counters for dosa, appam and chaat Indian food lovers can have the best of South and North Indian food.

He said the elaborate buffet will feature diverse welcome drinks like Vasantha neer, Amritsari Lassi, Panakam and soups like Cram Rasam, Gosht Goli Shorba, Kozhi paruppa saar. The tawa counter will feature items like Murgh Purluft, Peshawari, Macchi, Gilafi Sheekh, Paneer ke shle, bharwan khumb. The buffet will feature main course dishes like Karaikudi Chicken, Prawn Caldeen, Nandu Masala, Kosho Mangsho, Kaikari Mandi, Avial and Bharwan Karela.

Taste of India buffet will be available for dinner everyday and lunch on weekends (that is Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
