The Isha Foundation said in a statement on Thursday that Inner Engineering was capable of enhancing physical well-being and giving relief from chronic ailments like asthma, hypertension, diabetes, arthritis, spondylitis, migraine, sinusitis, allergic problems and so on. It creates a highly focussed and relaxed state of mind and body, besides leading to enhanced energy levels that enable one to glide through a rigorous day, the statement said.
