Elaborate arrangements for MLC teachers poll

Elaborate arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct MLC (Teachers Constituency) election in Krishna and Guntur districts.

The election is scheduled for March 22. Polling will be held from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 51 stations.

In all, 9,762 teachers have registered as voters. Of them, 5,659 are men and 4,103 women. Campaigning will conclude at 4 p.m. on March 20.
