The Andhra Pradesh Real Estate Developers’ Association (APREDA) is organising its 5th Property Show at ‘A’ Convention Centre here from February 28. It brings together builders and developers, banks, housing finance companies, realty consultants, construction material manufacturers and suppliers, interior designers, architects and industry professionals.
Union Minister for Urban Development M. Venkaiah Naidu will inaugurate the event. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will also attend. The goodwill that the APREDA enjoyed in the undivided State was transferred to it post-bifurcation and after realtors from Telangana formed the Telangana Real Estate Developers’ Association. APREDA looks forward to tremendous opportunities during the construction of the new capital city,” APREDA State vice-president Ch. Ramesh Babu .
APREDA member P. Harinath Babu said the previous four exhibitions of APREDA had evoked overwhelming response, and it was poised to get similar patronage from the public in the new State.
“The Chief Minister’s ambitious plan to construct a capital city of global standards augurs well for the construction industry, thanks to the demand that it will create for a host of stakeholders. Vijayawada enjoys an advantage in real estate development owing to its location,” he added. APREDA Vijayawada Chapter Secretary S.V. Ramana spoke.
