Books released at festival

Assembly Deputy Speaker Mandali Buddha Prasad on Monday released a mini novel Sagar Suman @ KC Reddy at the programme held on the sidelines of the ongoing book festival at Swaraj Maidan in the city.

Both English and Telugu versions of the novel authored by Sanjeevani Kusum were released. Writer Ch. Johnson and others took part in the programme.

Later, Congress senior leader K.V.P. Ramachandra Rao released the book Ellalerugani Bharata Khyati - Indira Gandhi written by Congress leader Kolanukonda Sivaji. Former MP Ch. Vidya, former MLA and city Congress president Malladi Vishnu and others were present. Also, Devathavastralu , a book written by N. Vijay Rama Rao was released by CID SP K. Koteswara Rao.
