The NCC Army Wing of Bishop Heber College and Bishop Heber Army Alumni NCC Association organised the Hero’s Day celebration here recently. NCC cadets from colleges in Tiruchi and neighbouring districts took part in various competitions organised as part of the celebrations.
Seethalakshmi Ramaswamy College, Tiruchi, won the overall championship. Colonel K.B.Jayaraj, Group Commander, Rockfort Group Tiruchi, distributed prizes to the winners. Bishop Heber College principal D.Paul Dhayabaran and others participated, a press release here said.
