Marathon run for total prohibition

A large number of students, volunteers, and members of the public participated in the marathon run organised by the Marumalarchi Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (MDMK) in the city on Sunday.

Vaiko, general secretary of the party, flagged off the rally at Salai Road. The participants reached Jamal Mohamed College through Sastri Road, Anna Nagar, Bharathidasan Salai, and TVS Toll Gate.

The marathon was organised to press the State government to implement total prohibition in the State.
