IG inspects security at Tiruchi Junction

Inspector General of Police, Railways, Seema Agarwal inspected the security arrangements at Tiruchi railway Junction on Wednesday.

The IG, who was on a visit to the city, later held discussions with the Divisional Railway Manager Manjula Rangarajan.

Railway sources said, the IG told the Divisional Railway Manager that the Government Railway Police would be keen to get involved in the safety-related awareness campaigns being conducted by the railways periodically.

Ms. Seema Agarwal inspected the Tiruchi Railway Police station situated on the Tiruchi Junction and reviewed the records.
