With a view to sensitising hoteliers to the hygienic preparation and handling of food items, the Public Health Department will impart training to hotel employees in the State shortly, said S.Elango, Director of Public Health.

Speaking at a function to mark the anniversary of the Tiruchi District Hotels Association and the general council meeting of the Tamil Nadu Hotels Association here on Wednesday, Mr. Elango said that the three-day training would focus on safe preparation and handling of food.
