Free training programme

A free year-long training course will be imparted to differently-abled persons jointly by the Department of Differently Abled Welfare, Oxford Catering College in Pulivalam and Sri Sai Industrial Training Centre in Tiruchi.

Training will be imparted on catering, house keeping, fitter (ITI) and welder, an official release issued here on Sunday said. The training will commence on June 1.

Interview for selection of candidates will be held at the ‘Manu Neethi’ hall at the Old Collector’s Office on April 28 from 10-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. Those interested can appear for the interview. A campus interview for selection of candidates for appointment in hotel industry will be held simultaneously at the venue.

The candidates should bring original and photocopies of all certificates. Free bus pass would be provided during the course of training period.
