Traffic restrictions will be in place on the Karamana-Kaliyikkavila road from April 24.
Goods vehicles, tourist vehicles, and buses coming from Tamil Nadu should proceed via Pallichal, Kalliyoor, the Agricultural College Vellayani, Pachalloor, Thiruvallam, to East Fort or Thampanoor.
Goods vehicles coming from Malayinkeezhu should not get on to the estate road but should go via the studio road to Vellayani and Pallichal. Vehicles coming from Malayam should not go to the Nemom-Pravachambalam area but should proceed to Pallichal.
Such vehicles would not be allowed to go to Pappanamcode or Karamana, a press note issued here said.
