Trains to be regulated

Train services will be regulated on April 19 and 21 to take up subway work at the Kurumali level crossing between Pudukkad and Irinjalakkuda stations.

The regulations will be in the Shoranur-Ernakulam section, according to Railways. On April 19, Train 16306 Kannur-Ernakulam Intercity Express, Train 56363 Nilambur-Ernakulam Passenger, and Train 56334 Ernakulam-Shoranur Passenger will remain partially cancelled between Thrissur and Ernakulam Junction stations. On April 21, Train 16343 Thiruvananthapuram Central-Palakkad town Amrita Express, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 10.30 p.m., will depart from here at 11.30 p.m.

Train 16347 Thiruvananthapuram-Mangalore Express is likely to be detained for 30 minutes at Irinjalakkuda and Train 16127 Chennai Egmore-Guruvayur Express to be detained for one hour at Ernakulam junction on April 21. — Special Correspondent
