Attempt to split secular forces alleged

April 18, 2016 12:00 am | Updated 05:49 am IST - THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:

The Ithihadu Shubbanil Mujahideen (ISM) State committee has cautioned the secular sections of society against attempts by vested interests to split the secular forces in the State. In a statement on Sunday, the ISM State executive committee pointed out that any split in the ranks of the secular forces would have serious consequences. It called upon various minority organisations not to fall into the trap of narrow communal or organisational interests when faced with crucial elections. — Special Correspondent
