Superintendent of Police Sharanappa injured

Superintendent of Police Sharanappa S.D and car driver were injured after the car they were travelling in hit a median near Ladyhill junction on Thursday evening. The police said Mr. Sharanappa was coming from this house in the car. Just after the junction, the driver lost control over the vehicle following a brake failure. The car jumped a road hump and came to a halt after hitting the median around 7.30 p.m. Mr. Sharanappa injured his nose while the driver suffered some minor injuries on his hands. The two were treated at a private hospital, the police said.
