Advani will reach Mangalore on October 31

The Bharatiya Janata Party leader, L.K. Advani, will address people at the Nehru Maidan on October 31 as part of his Jan Chetana Yatra against corruption.

Member of Parliament Nalin Kumar Kateel told presspersons here on Saturday that Mr. Advani was expected to address a crowd of 50,000 people. Over 1,000 people would arrive here in padayatra from Bantwal and Belthangady.

Mr. Advani would address a press conference at 10 a.m. and would reach the venue of the public meeting at 11 a.m. From here, he would go to Udupi on the “Rath”, a specially-designed vehicle to take him to different destinations as part of the yatra. He would go to Karwar on November 1.
