A 25-year-old woman and a 19-year-old boy were found dead after they jumped in front of a train near Tirupparankundram on Tuesday morning. Police said the boy and the woman from Amanthoorpatti went missing on Monday afternoon and the woman’s father preferred a woman missing complaint with Appantirupathi police.

The police said the two were working in a school near Appanthirupathi and became very friendly. The boy from Athikulam was recently removed from service for improper attendance.

The woman allegedly sent messages to the boy’s mobile, which his mother took exception to. She also informed the woman’s mother of the incident. The mutilated bodies of the two were found near the subway under construction at Tirupparankundram.
