Southern Railway General Manager Ashok K. Agarwal appeared before the Madras High Court Bench here on Friday in a contempt of court proceeding and informed the court that a cheque for Rs.10 crore had been already been given to Dindigul Revenue Divisional Officer for distributing the money to those whose lands were acquired in 1990 for Karur-Dindigul broad gauge conversion works.
