TRAI to conduct telecom consumers’ meeting

Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Regional Office, Hyderabad will organise a consumer awareness programme to create awareness among the consumers of their rights and privileges.

According to a statement from V. Sudhakar Reddy, Senior Research, on Monday, representative from all telecom service providers, including BSNL, Airtel, Aircel, Idea, MTS, R Com, Reliance Jio and Vodafone, will be present at the programme.

Hence, all the telecom users could avail this opportunity to get enlightened on the telecom services. All the telecom consumers are invited to attend the programme scheduled to be held at Hotel DSF Grand plaza in Thoothukudi on September 21 at 2.30 p.m., the statement added.
