Educational assistance was distributed to 275 students by the Shirdi Sai Baba Charitable Trust at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Andalpuram here on Sunday.

“We identified underprivileged students of kindergarten to Plus Two in the city and distributed financial assistance worth Rs. 4.28 lakh,” said trust secretary S. Prabhu.

Members of the trust said the donations the temple received from devotees were used for giving medical assistance, educational assistance and for organising ‘annadhaanam’ for the underprivileged.
