Traffic regulations will be in place in the city on Tuesday in connection with the India-England one day cricket match that will be held at the international stadium, Kaloor.
Vehicles which bring in spectators from western parts of the city will not be permitted entry beyond Kaloor. They must be parked at Marine Drive and the Goshree area. Vehicles coming from the eastern and southern areas will not be permitted beyond Palarivattom, from 9 am. Light vehicles must be parked at the helipad behind the stadium, Skyline ground, Karanakodam Church ground, while heavy vehicles must be parked at Manappattiparambu and service roads of Edapally-Vytilla NH.
Those that bring in spectators from northern parts of the city must be parked along the NH service roads and Airport-Seaport Road.
City-bound buses will be diverted through the SA Road, while those exiting the city will ply through Elamakkara and enter the NH at Edapally.
Parking will be banned in different parts of the city. Recovery vans will tow away vehicles that are parked along roads leading to the venue. The owners will have to pay fine to get back their vehicles.
