Leading Kerala builder and property developer, Asset Homes, has won the ‘Emerging Developer Award’ instituted by the Realty Plus Excellence Awards.
This is the first time that a Kerala based builder has bagged the award ranking first in the Realty Plus category awards segment, Asset Homes said in a press release here.
Asset Homes, since its inception in 2007, has so far completed 15 real estate projects and had 11 ongoing projects, Managing Director, K A Mohammed Saleem, told reporters here.
Nine projects would be handed over this year, he said.
Among the other award winners are T—ZED Biodiversity Conseration of India private ltd for Environment friendly project of the year, Haypee Greens for Upcoming Integrated Township project.
The awards were given away at a function at New Delhi recently.
