The heavy wind and rain that lashed Muvattupuzha on Sunday evening claimed a life on Monday when a woman, who was injured in the house collapse, died of injuries at a hospital during the day. The deceased has been identified as Thankamma (58) of Pulikkudiyil house in Kunnakkal, Valakam, Muvattupuzha. She died as an uprooted tree collapsed on her house.
