Mayor Tony Chammany will inaugurate the cultural evening.
Dance performance by V.P. Dhananjayan will feature on the third day.
The ground has been renovated at a cost of Rs. 1.44 crore, including the contribution from the MLA fund of Hibi Eden. The newly set up open stage is the most modern and one of the best in the State.
