The Kerala High Court has directed the revenue authorities that if any encroachments on the property belonging to the Tripunithura Government Ayurveda College Hospital were found during measurement of its land, necessary steps should be taken to remove them in six months.
The directive came on a writ petition filed by B.Rajendran Pillai of Kochi.
According to him, though the college had around 30 acres, proper records were not available in the college regarding the extent and details of the property.
