Wildlife Week celebrations

As part of Wildlife Week celebrations, the Telangana State Forest Department organised a series of programmes at KBR National Park with an aim to create awareness among citizens.

In one such initiative, plants like Jammi, Tulasi, Usiri, Maredu, Munaga, Aswagandha and Addasara were distributed to visitors free of cost with an appeal to people to plant and protect them well0.

The staff of the park also participated in the Swachh Bharat programme on Friday.

On this occasion, an international photo festival exhibition stall was also set up on the park premises.

Those who participated in the programmes include G. Chandra Shaker Reddy, CCF, Wildlife Circle Hyderabad and K. Mohan, DFO, KBR National Park.
